Check-In & Check-Out Time
Check-In time is 1:00 p.m. or prior if room is available. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. One hour grace period can be extended upon request.

Reservation & Confirmation
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of bookings. Your credit card will be charged upon confirmation of booking and you will be charged ONLY WHEN your room is confirmed. In event that we are unable to confirm your room, your credit card WILL NOT BE CHARGED. To book a reservation please use on-line reservation center, or by contact Guest Service at (650) 493-6644.

Payment
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Diners Club, JCB Cards, and Debit card. We also honor traveler?|s checks with valid photo identification. A valid photo ID is required at the time of check-in. No personal check is accepted.

Pool Regulation
Pool hours are from 7:00 am - 9:00 pm.
No children under 12 is allowed to use pool facility without supervision of parents or guardians. Please be advised that there is no lifeguard on duty.

Pets
Sorry, but no pets are allowed.
